Wison Engineering (SEHK: 2236) announced on September 25 Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) had issued a notice to require the former to repay principal of CNY 186 million and related loan interests to its subsidiary Wison Engineering (China)and the two sides are coordinating solutions.

It was reported Wison Engineering been taken to a court recently due to a loan dispute. Wison Engineering said the principal of ABC accounted for about 10% of its total bank loans and it has maintained a repayment status for all the loans and believed the borrower did not violate any term of ABC's related loan agreement.
