Corner-tube Boiler
Corner tube boiler, refers to the composition of the boiler furnace radiation heating surface and the rear flue convection heating surface around are made of all-welded, fully enclosed membrane wall structure. Single drum (horizontal or vertical) is arranged outside the furnace from heat. The boiler body and its weight,including boiler drum, heating surface tubes, furnace wall insulation, steam water medium and other boiler working fluid rely on an"integral corner-tube stress framework " to support,consisting of its large diameter down pipe and horizontal header,namely self-supporting structure, and a separate steel frame for support or suspension is not needed, so it is called corner-tube boiler.
Corner tube boiler is of compact structure, small floor space, light weight, short installation period, unique water circulation structure, safe and reliable circulation,rapid start, good stability. It has full water pipe, all-welded, fully sealed structure, advanced design, beautiful appearance, high degree of automation, less pollution emissions, higher boiler thermal efficiency and other features. Corner tube boiler Features:
No steel frame structure and good anti-seismicity: Corner tube boiler is in a self-supporting structure, without using a separate steel frame for support or suspension. It is of small total metal consumption, lighter overall weight, small floor space, low capital investment. Larger boiler adopts factory standardized production, has small amount of on-site installation work and short installation period.
Fully enclosed structure and good leakproofness: furnace and rear flue around use fully enclosed membrane wall, good all-welded construction and sealing performance, fundamentally eliminating the furnace wall air leakage phenomenon. It has low excess air coefficient, not only can reduce heat losses and draught fan energy consumption, environmental pollution in the boiler room is dramatically improved.
Optimized heating surface and high thermal efficiency: The design and layout of furnace water wall membrane, composed by radiation heating surface is per fuel combustion flame power flow field, which has sufficient combustion and full flame, but also has a certain self-cleaning effect, which can effectively reduce boiler original dust concentration. Convection heating surfaces are made of smoke-speed pennant tube design layout, which has long flue gas flow length, low wear, sufficient heat exchange and high thermal efficiency.

Product description
DHL series of corner tube hot water boiler is horizontal layout of single drum, full membrane wall water tube chain grate boiler. Furnace radiant heating surface is encircled by surrounding membrane water wall. Convection heating surface consists of furnace exit channel,rear water wall and the flag-shaped heating surface among them. Single drum is heat insulated outside the furnace and self-supported by down tube and its connection header, no independent steel frame, so it’s called corner tube boiler.The boiler combustion equipment uses flake type grate,driven by stepless speed regulator. Air supply system uses big air warehouse isobaric air blowing plus small ventilation door adjustment structure. Also in the rear of the boiler is also provided air pre-heater, de-dusting device and induced draft fan and so on.

Product description
DHS series of corner tube oil/gas fired hot water boiler uses whole membrane wall structure. Membrane division wall segregates furnace and convection heating surface.Overall structure is compact, corner tube self-supports, no body steel, total metal consumption is small, tail part is arranged auxiliary heating surface,such as air pre-heater. Burner is arranged at front wall, flue gas after combustion passes through furnace water wall, convection tubes, air preheater, and then discharges into the atmosphere through the chimney.
